Sovol Successfully Launched PFA PLUS Series

PFA non-stick coating is a highly pure, clear powder coating with the characteristics of both PTFE and FEP, melt flow to form a thin film when the coating is melted.

The advantages of PFA are higher continuous use temperature stability of 260°C, stronger rigidity (hardness Hardness 60-65, *@D2240) and lower melting point (305°C) than PTFE, especially suitable for use in anti-stick and chemical resistance applications under high temperature conditions.

PFA is widely used in the baking industry, especially in the coating life requirements are higher, the process requires better corrosion resistance of the non-stick film and the application environment is harsh, such as hamburger products, rollers(dough rounder machine), etc.

The dilemma in the current application of PFA

At present, in PFA construction, it is difficult to further increase the thickness (generally 40-60um) in the face of effective coating (net topcoat) of PFA, so the effect of PFA non-stick coating has been limited, and it cannot improve the cost performance of actual end users. The coating cost increased by the thick coating process in the conventional market is an increase in cost, which users cannot afford.
