Silicone Glazed
Silicone coating is recommended for dough with high sugar content.
It's good for release of muffins or cakes, ect. whcih contains high sugar,
and could help bakeries eliminating or reducing pan oils and labor costs.
Compare with PTFE coating,silicon is shorter release times.
For dough with more than 20% sugar contents,suitable amount of grease oil is needed.
The silicone coating become soft at high temperature,therefore,it is susceptible to be
damaged by sharp pastry utensils.
